RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that they are made to order, we do not accept returns on our items. The products are very delicate and they never make the journey back to us in the same condition, which makes them unsellable. While we understand returns are important to customers, we currently cannot accept returns.  

Cancellations

The Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after order placement, The Design House agrees to notify the Client via email as soon as possible.
