All our furniture is bespoke, created just for you and it is non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Return or Refund
All our furniture is custom made and each item is built to your specifications. Due to this we unfortunately do not offer any return or refund options. If you are in doubt about any aspect before you purchase, please fell free to contact us for a more accurate picture and description of the products so you can make a more informed decision
Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you have double checked your order before purchasing
Damaged or Incorrect Order
All our products undergo quality assurance checks and are signed off prior to being delivered, this is done to ensure you are fully satisfied with your order, we want you to love it! We also make every effort to ensure your item is packed properly so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. If for some reason your product is delivered defective or damaged please show it to the team who are delivering and installing your item so they can notify the office and send pictures.
If the team has left you have 24 hours to report any defects or damages. Send pictures (photographs must be taken), your order number and a description of the damage to email@example.com. We will review each case individually and report back to you in a timely manner
As Nature Intended
Due to the handmade nature and use of natural materials for our products, each item is unique and no two are the same. We value craftsmanship and natural materials and therefore don’t see this as imperfections, but believe this is proof of its uniqueness and adds to the beauty and charm of our products.
