RETURNS

No exchange or refund on items. If a product or piece is delivered to you defective or damaged , we will offer immediate resolutions on a case by case basis, and in a timely manner.

Each order that leaves our warehouse undergoes a complete inspection so that it arrives to you safely and happy. All items must be inspected upon delivery and signed off. If immediate inspection is not possible, the items must be inspected within 24 hours.

If you believe the product is defective or was damaged in shipping, photographs must be taken and shared with us immediately or within 24 hours to info@thedesignhousedubai.com and we shall rectify the situation in a timely manner.

Please be aware that natural materials such as wood, travertine and marbles exhibit variations in material colour, texture and veining and their imperfections should not be viewed as defects. As foreign wood acclimates to our climate, it may undergo size adjustments and/or develop cracks. However, these occurrences are not indicative of product defects but rather serve as beautiful reminders of their organic essence.

It is the client responsibility to make sure the product will fit through all necessary doors, entry way and lift. If for any reason it does not fit, return or refund cannot be accommodated.

CUSTOM MADE

Custom made orders begin immediately upon payment confirmation and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable full payment will be charged when you place your order.
