Delivery Charges
If your order totals 500 AED or more, and you're located in Dubai you qualify for free delivery. Emirates outside Dubai will be subject to a small delivery charges.
Sharjah - 300 AED
Ajman - 300 AED
Abu Dhabi - 600 AED
Al Ain - 600 AED
Ras Al-Khaimah - 600 AED
Fujairah - 600 AED

Delivery
Once your is placed and confirmed, you will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm the delivery day and time. Deliveries can be scheduled for morning slots or afternoon slots. Someone will need to be present to accept and sign for the order.
It is customers responsibility to ensure all items fit into service elevators, doorways, stairways and any entrances that apply to your residence. Please contact us prior to purchasing should you have any doubts about spacing and items fitting without damage.

Standard Delivery Time
Delivery time is Approx. 6 to 8 Weeks.
Select items can be made in approximately 5 weeks.
Production timeline is subject to current workload. Holidays are not included. Please reach out to our team if you would like to check current timelines or for further information.
Furthermore, items can be modified in shape and size to create a unique item however this may increase the lead time.
The Design House cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
