How the process works
It's worth walking through this, because "custom" can mean a lot of different things depending on who you ask.
- Share your space. You tell us the dimensions you're working with — a room, a wall, an alcove, a specific gap between two doorways. Photos help too, especially for anything with an unusual angle or built-in feature.
- We talk through fabric, finish, and configuration. This is where you choose upholstery (velvet, linen, performance fabric, leather), wood tones, metal accents, and layout — left-facing or right-facing chaise, number of dining chairs, drawer configuration, whatever applies to the piece. You can order fabric swatches in advance so you're choosing against real material in your own lighting, rather than a screen.
- Your piece is built in our Al Quoz workshop. This is the part that actually makes exact measurements possible. Because we manufacture locally rather than importing pre-built stock from overseas, our craftsmen can adjust depth, width, height, and proportions to your numbers, not a factory default.
- Delivery and assembly. Your piece arrives ready to sit exactly where you measured it for — assembly is included, so you're not left working out how to fit a sectional through a doorway that's 3cm too narrow.
